Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms could have been cleaner, with disheveled sheets and a dirty floor upon arrival, the room itself was spacious and had a large bed and desk. On the bright side, the service was accommodating, especially to my father with his Rascal scooter, although the slow Wi-Fi and expensive parking were a drawback. The location was perfect for accessing major expressways and being near Downtown Orlando, but the hotel overall didn't quite meet my expectations. The dining experience was pleasant with delicious options, including a nice buffet and made-to-order breakfast items.
The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, but due to overbooking, our preferred room with an extra double bed was not available throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although there was a negative experience with one member. The location was convenient to downtown but could be noisy due to nearby train tracks. The dining was a mix of excellent and poor experiences. Overall, a pleasant stay marred by some inconveniences.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Performing Arts Center and close to entertainment spots, but the noise from the train and construction was a downside. The rooms, although clean, looked a bit outdated, making TV viewing uncomfortable from the bed. The dining experience was described as fabulous with freshly prepared dishes, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. However, some services like cleaning were delayed until requested. Overall, while the location had its benefits, the noise detracted from the experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing with messy sheets and a dirty floor, plus no blackout curtains. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to some restaurants but needed better landscaping. The dining options were limited, but the food quality was good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was lucky to get one as they were quite limited during my stay due to the aftermath of the hurricanes. The views from the higher floor were nice, but the lack of room options with additional beds was disappointing.
